The house is accessed from the main road, under an archway which creates a sense of privacy and quiet. Parking for four cars is available (five is manageable with careful manoeuvring). Once through the arch, the property is accessed to the right where you can access both the downstairs and upstairs of the house.
With a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area, the house is ideal for entertaining or hosting a large family or groups of friends. Downstairs, there is a separate lounge and a beautiful conservatory with 12-person dining table, and a game/tv/chill out room with comfortable beanbags, Netflix and Freeview.
The property sleeps 10 people. There are two downstairs bedrooms and one bathroom. Upstairs is three bedrooms – one is ensuite and there is another separate bathrooms. All bathrooms have showers and a modern finish.
The house comes with a private garden with outdoor seating and dining furniture.

Lundin Links is a small, coastal village in Fife, traditionally known as ‘The Home of Golf’, and boasts two of its own golf courses. There are over 30 courses within a 15-mile radius of the property, including the famous Old Course in St Andrews. The area also offers Kellie Castle and the Scottish Fisheries Museum, both within a 20-minute drive.
The Fife Coastal Path in Lundin Links is nearby, as is the local sandy beach. The village of Lundin Links offers restaurants, bars, and shops, all within a ten-minute stroll.
Lundin Ladies Golf Club is known and loved by many as one of the only ladies’ golf clubs in Scotland. It is run solely by the ladies but welcomes gentleman and junior players. Lundin Links Golf Course is considered by many in the golfing world as one of rare quality.
The beach is an attractive, quiet, sandy beach offering excellent views out onto the Firth of Forth. While it is mostly sandy, it becomes rocker opposite the village of Lundin Links and towards neighbouring village, Lower Largo. There is some roadside parking alongside Links Road, about 100 metres back from the beach. Lower Largo’s village centre is close to the beach for facilities such as shops and places to eat.
