The staff are fantastic
There are several good things about the hotel but the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were ready with endless assistance and guidance. The rooms are relatively small but good for Tokyo and the beds are very comfortable. Wifi worked well but there is not a great deal of storage for an extended stay. Breakfasts were good and the area is close to everything you want. Convenience stores and train/subway/taxi transport are close by. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Will not consider again for usd 230 per night
Great location... nice staff to check in... good response on restaurant booking prior check in but no reply of restaurants booking since checked in which kinda disappointed... room was kinda humid just by turning the air con from 21c to 22c which probably caused having lice that caused my wife suffer from lice itch ( not sure if the right wording to describe the situation) every morning ...honestly I’d rather spend another 15-20% for a more decent hotel nearby as I am eating with my own opinion that this just a 3.5 star hotel and doesn’t worth this pricing indeed...the only thing that worth to consider again is it’s location and was newly refurnished in 2018.... usd 230 per night ( might not because of last second booking as same pricing while looking up for same hotel in October 19 as reference)
