Nice Location and friendly staff . Only exception is that a Microwave is not provided in the room and my wife find two used towel hanging on the bathroom curtain- obviously not hygienic , probably left my the previous renter of the room.

The rooms were excellent! Updated and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was great. The halls and elevator were dated, but the rooms were far better than expected. The front reception were friendly. Would recommend.

Great place, good location, decent rates! Booked it for one night and decided to stay for a second since our room was still available. Easy parking, short walk to downtown Banff. All tourist attractions were within a 5 minute drive. Only downfalls I would have is no breakfast (most places aren’t offering this anyways due to COVID) and they don’t actually have a pool, you get to use the pool in the hotel next door and have to walk outside to access it.

Very clean, quick check in, parking in back. My room was on the main floor and had a view of the back parking lot. It would have been nice if the amenities like the pool were on-site and its a bit of a walk to most restaurants.

The rooms have been renovated nicely. We fortunately stayed in room with a king sized bed so it was nice to have to arms chairs to lounge in and a comfy bed to lay our heads. Unfortunately there were some guests were smoking pot so that stank up the hall way. And some were running and banging around late in the evening into the early morning. The location and proximity to downtown and the big bed made up for that noise.

Looks like the rooms were renovated recently they were nice.The second sink was handy. Indoor parking is kind of tight and short roof wouldn’t fit a truck but you could park outside.Hot tub was closed because of Covid
