DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL! NOT WORTH IT!
The entrance to the Hotel has many potholes (the road is not paved). The inside of the room is clean & everything looks new, but the way the room is set up is strange. You only get to see T.V. from the inside of the half wall that fits one queen size bed (No TV in living room) The living room Sofa (it is not a sofa it’s an Ottoman Wicker Chair) it only sits one person it was very uncomfortable because my husband & I had to take turns to sit down. Other issue, the cord of the coffee maker is not big enough to plug in the electrical, outlet from the table it stands. Also, the toilette in room 205 (I don’t know if the other rooms experience the same thing, but each morning the toilette wouldn’t flush (it had NO water) Also, the rooms have NO phone. The only way to communicate an issue is via WhatsApp or walk all the way to the reception area. Also, beware their is no HOT water only (mild warm) Good-Luck in trying to take a shower! Now, the restaurant service.., NOT good! They’re slow to serve you. Once they take your order be prepared to never see your waiter! They don’t check on you to see if you need anything! You literally have to track them down to tell what you need. Even to refill your cup of coffee. I had an incident with a food order, tried explaining that to the manager Jaime Francia, but his only solution was to “take it or leave it”. Restaurant is EXPENSIVE & The Food & Service is AWFUL!
