The young man on reception Monday 27th July was exceptional and recommended a good pizza place when I enquired, it didn’t disappoint. Room was spotless and comfortable. Beds were amazingly comfy. Stayed before and will stay again. Thank you for another great stay!! 10/10.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is a good choice of English & continental, self-service, the hotel is close to the local amenities, shops, theatres, it a short walk down to the waterside area,it a good 30 minutes walk from the train station.

Stylish and modern hotel, clean and tidy during my visit. My greeting by the reception staff was good and explained everything that i needed to know. Room was lovely, clean, comfortable and well maintained. If i was being picky, an extra chair would have been beneficial. Bar and restaurant were fab and the staff attentive. No fault of the hotel but the lack of parking on site means using very expensive local NCP (the hotel did have a discount card to reduce your parking charges, but longer stays are still expensive).

Excellent location Helpful staff Check in was online and you collect keycard at kiosk. I was given room on 1st floor which I like in a basement like space. I have stayed here few times but first time floor below reception. Room was initially hot but day 2 it was cool Location perfect to attend concert at Bristol Beacon Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance Staff was very nice and helpful at all times.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and the staff are so helpful & friendly . Our room was lovely , beds really comfy & air conditioned also, had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice . This hotel had thought of everything, even an ice machine on the hotels floors , it differs from other places I have stayed as I cannot find anything I would change & would highly recommend staying here .

Great location for city centre everywhere is walkable. The hotel is itself is nice but surroundings are a bit run down round the back as it's massive and mazes around a lot of kind of alleyways . Lots of noise if windows opened. Double glazing was excellent and shut out the noise of people shouting and fighting. Not hotels fault. Have stayed before and never noticed but this time we seemed to be walking through corridor after corridor to get to our room. Never realised the size of it last time we stayed.

One of our best stays ever! Everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is spotless, the location was perfect, we parked at the NCP car park and the hotel provided a discount which was really nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it had good variety of food and all tasted fresh and delicious. The hotel has some lovely seatings in and around the lobby. Thank you Clayton Hotel! We also admired the lovely art at the front of the hotel building! We had told the hotel that we are celebrating out anniversary and they kindly left us a personal note and chocolate which was so thoughtful ❤️ We had also stayed at another Clayton hotel in their Manchester branch and had a very positive experience too. Will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone.
