The hotel is located close to the main train station and metro, so that helps to move around the city and to take the trains to other parts of the country.
The check-in person could have been more pleasant - smile and greet your guests maybe, but the security guy always had a smile and that helped make us feel welcoming.
Our room key cards didn't work on two occasions, but was fixed quickly.
The hotel does show signs of wear and tear but the cleaning ladies did an excellent job to keep things tidy. I did leave a tip for the cleaning ladies each morning before stepping out, only to find that it was not picked up. Noticed this in Lisbon as well - not sure if this is a European thing.
Overall, if you're traveling with teenagers (we had two), and you want them in the same room but separate beds, then this Hotel is a good choice. If not, I'm sure there are better options in the city
