Lovely hotel
The clue is in the name, grand & old. The rooms are very spacious and very clean but furnishings are old In fashion. A very clean and modern bathroom with ample toiletries. A very good menu for breakfast and the food is freshly cooked.

Exvellent trestaurant, with very pleasant ancient atmosphere. Very friendly and helpfull personal, tasty breakfast. Very central located. I dont knowe if the price was low because of copvid or not. But it worth more than I paid. As for cons, I didnt manage to get my TV working. It was just showing bluescreen.

The hotel is at central location. It’s very good. Quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is clean, but it smells cigarettes in the lobby. There is parking in front of the hotel. Only the breakfast is not much 5 stars.

The hotel is in an heritage building in the hart of the city.. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big and clean. The firniture is Victorian style and brings a little bit of luxury in the busy modern life.

The hotel has great bones ... beautiful architectural details ... Art Deco touches throughout. It is a little faded... the carpets, bathrooms, and bedding could use a refresh. The hotel has interesting history and it’s nice to find classics like these.

This is a hotel deeply consumed by an old world charm. One of Varna's oldest and most famous, painstakingly restored to its former glory following chaos of both Communism and the post-Communist transition. The lift in the hotel used to be first to be installed anywhere in Varna. On the down side, I would recommend the management to do away with electronic card-keys and bring back the analogue era metal keys along with classic locks. They would much more complement the overall ambience of the historic hotel.
