Hotel is very run down. To access the Spa you need to leave the hotel and walk through a very poorly covered walkway. Rooms very dated, shower was lukewarm, radiator in bathroom not working, room cold with the heating on a timer, at this time of year, wasn’t ideal. Staff very friendly and helpful.

You will be excused for thinking that the hotel has been abandoned walking up to it, Getting inside does not make things much better. The hotel has definitely seen better days, but the rooms are nice, clean and in fine shape with a nice selection of sweets and beverages, and although the spa facilities are more than used, they work and serves their purpose.

I really liked this hotel. I was travelling alone and felt safe and comfortable. Really nice breakfast, parking was convenient. The best bit were the staff, I had a huge backpack, they saw me coming and opened a different door so I didn’t have to struggle through the rotating door. Really friendly and kind, answered my questions. Would book again.

Our rooms were spacious and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with large selection. The bar and reception area was very comfortable and with great wifi. Little or no wifi in the rooms. The pool and jacuzzi was very nice. Changing facilities and access to pool needs renovation. Staff extremely friendly. You can walk to city centre in 20 minutes. Overall, we will go there again.

We had an updated room with a brand new bathroom and shower, BUT, the building seems like it’s falling apart, the bed was tiny, the pillows terrible. While the pool is very nice, the “Jacuzzi” was cold. At over $300/night, this was at best a 1-star hotel that may have been nice forty years ago, but is now in sad shape.
