It's hard to start... EVERYTHING was wrong with this hotel. 1) They force you to leave a "deposit" of $25 in cash to use the room, in addition to the price paid, for possible damages. 2) The room was dirty, we found dirty belongings from previous guests. 3) In the room there is nowhere to put the luggage, there are no closets either, we had to have all our luggage all over the floor for several days. 4) The hotel is used mainly for LARGE events such as weddings and birthdays, they completely take over the facilities, they shout and make noise throughout the hotel, there is very loud music until the early hours of the morning, if you are a private guest the experience is terrible, can not sleep or rest. 5) Despite the SO high price, they do not include breakfast. 6) The final robbery: the towels and blankets we used were "dirty" so against our will they withheld the $25 "deposit" to wash them. Never before in my life have I had such a TERRIBLE overall experience in a hotel and received such disrespectful and rude treatment. The only salvageable thing about this terrible hotel is its location, with a beautiful view of Lake Coatepeque. But the hotel itself is not worth it, NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL!

My room at a marvelous view of Lake Coatepeque! Bed was very comfy, AC worked good and the WiFi worked ok. Food at the restaurant was very good, as was the service. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Lake.
