Noisy...
Everything was fabulous, except for the noise. Noise traveled up and down the hall like I was in a haunted house. Screaming, laughing, running, stomping. To be fair, I never asked for my room to be changed, I just tried to handle the situation myself. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic. If possible, I would ask for a room as far away from the elevators as possible.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, beds comfortable. I couldn’t hear the other guests in their rooms. Using both the Murphy bed and the sofa bed was a bit tight but other than that it was very roomy. Great restaurants in the area. My family enjoyed the stay and would like to visit again. However, the front desk staff were not friendly. They acted like they did not want to be there and did not want to be bothered. Dealing with the staff was the only downside.

I’m assuming that my bad experience was due to COVID situation. However, the hotel website was not updated with the services they offered. There was literally 1 person in charge of the hotel. No concierge service to take your luggage, no room service or even ready made sandwiches, non of the hotel services were available. The room was decent, however, the sofa bed was terrible ! And in bad condition... and no bedding was available. Curious to how one can use it. There wasn’t even water bottles in the room.
