The staff was incredibly courteous, helpful and on it! The pull-out bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the staff's willingness to make us happy made us forget about it.

Our Favorite Hotel
Just wanted to get away for a week. Will do it again. Great people. Very clean Pool was warm. Breakfast was very nice. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Only 4 hours from our home. Will definitely be doing it again. When we say our favorite hotel, that's out of the 70 or 80 we have stayed at over the past Years

Housekeeping
The host/hostess at the front desk was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were also friendly and helpful. Cannot say the same thing for the housekeeping staff. When we left the room for the day, the housekeeper was outside the room. We let her know that we would be out for the day and could make up the room at her convenience. When we returned later that evening, our room had not been touched. Beds were unmade. Towels were still neatly on the floor to be replaced. We had to return to the front desk for fresh towels. When speaking with the individual at the front desk we were told that they had run out of clean linen that day. Not sure how that happens in a hotel, but someone did not do their job. Additionally, someone had dropped food in the elevator and pushed it into the corner. That same piece of food stayed in the elevator for our entire stay. Overall the room was satisfactory. We had plenty of room and the beds were adequate. Bathroom was a bit old but was clean when we arrived. Parking was adequate and proximity to restaurants was fine. We would probably stay at this location again, but would look at other hotels in the area first.
