When we arrived we were notified that breakfast with only be available for an additional five dollar charge, the hot tub was out of order, and I would have to pay extra for hotel services since we were staying more than one night. They had notified us ahead of time that the restaurant was closed… But the restaurants around the property were open so that was confusing. We would not have stayed there if we knew that the services were suspended or would cost us additional money. You would think during this season of the Covid pandemic, hotels would try to do their best to provide the extra amenities to patrons without extra chargers. We will not stay there again.

Our room was to include a free cook to order breakfast, it was cold when we received it, and upon returning home we received an e-mail stating our credit card was billed 24.00 for our breakfast! So until I call them and find out if they are going to credit back my credit card for this l won’t give them a good review! Outside of that the desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean!

The staff was exceptional and the room was very clean. The bed was not as comfortable as some of the other Hilton properties where we have stayed. The pool area was not great, as some guests left trash scattered about, and some of it was still there the next day. Pool was open, but could have been cleaner. The hot tub was closed for repair. Overall, it was a good stay.
