    I booked a superior room and specifically requested a Double Bed. Even though a king or super king size bed would have been more preferable. On arrival there was Two single beds in the room. I expressed dissatisfaction to reception staff who were not helpful. I had to stay three nights of a romantic break away in a single bed with my partner. Very dissatisfied customer.

    I was given room 811. A very small room that lacked ventilation. It was warm and not so cosy. this to a price that would be comparable with a 5 star hotel room down town.

    The hotel is difficult to find...inside a shopping mall. Disappointed that their restaurant was closed on Sunday night... The room was cold even if I tried to turn the heat to full....woke up with a cold 😔 Nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff
