Good
Fair, clean and accessible
The hotel is well situated inside Liverpool, and not expensive. It is very clean and organized, and provides a grand breakfast. However, to use its car park I had to pay 10 Pounds a-day. For the three days the room was never cleaned, though I did not mind. A note inside the room said that if I preferred, instead of having it cleaned, we would be given one free drink. We neither got the drink nor the cleaning. I feel no deal should be offered instead of the service every hotel is supposed to provide. For the last breakfast, very little food was accessible, and the coffee machine did not work. A large group came in altogether and ate everything. I still recommend this hotel.

Poor
Basic beyond words, staff totally disinterested
Room wasn't ready on arrival, went to bar with no vodka or whiskey in stock. Staff complaining about being under staffed but never appeared to be working. In the three days that I was there stairs never hovered, doors filthy and no effort made by staff.
