This unique 2 story holiday townhouse is so different to any other holiday property, you will feel like you are definitely on a holiday!! Based on the design of a New York Brownstone townhouse, it has open plan kitchen with island, to the living area and high open ceilings to the mezzanine upstairs second living/theatre area.
The floors are polished concrete through the downstairs, with high quality finishing and furnishings, thoughtful interior design touches, giving you the sense of luxury during your stay.



The property is located in the up and coming area of Kealy, walking distance to parks, playgrounds, shops and restaurants. As well as at the gateway to Busselton, Dunsborough, and Margaret River making it the ideal location for a south west holiday to explore the area.



The property is fully self-contained with a full kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as laundry facilities and undercover parking area.



All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company.
