Parking charge surprise !!!

Not a place I will return too
The area this hotel is in is not the best - sirens screaming all day and all night outside, venturing out of the hotel, you will come into contact with quite a bit of homeless folks knocking on people’s car windows, etc. not a place I will ever bring my kids - we left after one day and cancelled our second day. The pool was closed, sign said a new heater was installed but front desk said that the actual issue was the filter. An empty syringe bag was found by my two teenagers and other instances made it so uncomfortable for my kids that we left. The toilet in our room was basically half working - the pull out sofas are terrible to sleep on. All in all, I heavily do not recommend for families with children. Terrible area, questionable things and just not a great stay for family time. A few good points, the workers were very friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was very good too.

Dirty & Toilets didn’t work
The toilets only flushed every once in a while. Toilet handle would stop working. Called the front desk and they said someone would fix it, but that never happened. The lights constantly flickered. Everything looked pretty dirty. Overall, not a good stay.
