Great hotel for traveling with a Dog
We were in Charlotte for two days with our Dog - doing some business, visiting friends, touring breweries. This hotel worked great for that. It is far enough off the highway to be very quiet. Their dog fee was reasonable, at $50 for our entire stay. The price we paid was very low. No breakfast, but a McDonalds is within walking/short drive distance on Tyvola road.

My Amazing Stay
My stay was amazing! Anytime I stay at a Wyndam I can say has always been great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well stocked. I even had the opportunity to help an elderly gentleman with getting into his room ~ that did my heart good.

Entire floor smelled strongly of weed. There were ash piles in the hallway. I'm allergic so that was a major issue. basically turned around and booked a different hotel for the duration of the trip

The entire hotel smells like weed. The front office staff are rude and unprofessional. The rooms are dated and have a musty smell to them

Our stay would have been awesome if it weren't for us having to keep going to the front desk because our keys didn't work. Every evening when we left our room we had to go get a new set of keys and one night we had to move our stuff. Now granted it was on the same floor but we had a lot of stuff and it was late and we were tired. They didn't offer any kind of compensation for the inconvenience.
