Very welcoming staff, beautiful spacious room. The only disappointment was that using the indoor pool mentioned on the website is very expensive. The hotel has a fitness centre, including the pool, but guests cannot use it without a seperate hefty fee.

This is the best hotel i have ever stayed in Tokyo. Location is amazing and the hotel staff are even mos amazing. Large clean rooms. Just avoid the Chinese restaurant on the second floor as they are very rude. They advertise that they are open until 10pm and the last call for food is at 9pm. However, they make you leave by 930pm irrespective of whether you have finished your food and drinks or not. But besides this restaurant, this hotel is the best and I will definitely stay here each time I visit Tokyo.
