The hotel charged $55 per night for parking which was unheard of!! I travel a great deal…

Not a mandarin oriental property
This particular property does no fit the brand name of Mandarin Oriental the property service is really bad there’s no water in the rooms, their breakfast was below any kind of standard. This is 3.5 star property

Great Stay!
We had a great stay! We were in the club level and really appreciated the extras available with this. Adham and the club staff are wonderful and make you feel at home!

Stay Elsewhere
Very loud and dated hotel. Not as luxurious as you would expect for the money you pay. Hype does not match reality. Look elsewhere.

Washington DC weekend.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Mandarin hotel. We had a short weekend to explore and found the hotel to be walking distance to museums and monuments close by. The staff at the hotel are polite and eager to help you. They were able to help with brunch reservations and museum time tickets. We ate at their restaurant; breakfast and dinner. It was good food and attentive service. Our room was well appointed and very comfy. The big shower and soaking tub were very nice. We had a wonderful stay
