This hotel is very good and clean. There are many hotels in Bodrum that show beautiful pictures but are very run down and dirty. This hotel however is very clean with good location and good restaurants. The staff was very friendly and allowed a late check-out without any extra charge. I can highly recommend this place.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Definitely not a 5 -star hotel. There were exactly 2 people at this property who spoke English, so be prepared for numerous maddening misunderstandings. In general staff here has a careless attitude. As an example - one day it took me 4 calls and 1.5 hours of waiting to get breakfast delivered to my room. Another days I called room service for an hour and nobody answered the phone. Out of curiosity I went down to the restaurant and sure enough - employees who were standing next to the phone would simply not bother to pick it up.

Overrated hotel to be avoided
5 stars hotel with such poor service that it is really not worth more than a 2 star hotel: Check in and check out were extremely painful, with untrained, unprepared and rude staff. I still have an issue with them as checking day they blocked or charged on my card 3000 euros, and on check out day, they got paid for the full stay including the initial amount they debited for which I am yet to be reimbursed. Complaint has been introduced with hotels.com to solve this issue. No concierge on hand to help out with restaurant, beach club reservations... Had the feeling staff on site were students on summer jobs with absolutely no clue on what 5 stars service us about...
