    No windows- Sort AC!!

    The hotel is nice and in centre of city, within walking distance of restaurant and bars and museums. We did have a couple of issues however. The lifts were acting up and usually only one working for an 8/9 storey hotel which meant it was very busy and slow! Also -a thing that really Bugs me- hotels that don’t have windows that you can open but then don’t have Proper Air Conditioning! I know they say that it’s a safety thing but when you walk out of your room there’s a 9 strorey drop to the foyer over a balcony! We asked for someone to look at AC 3 times with no luck and then on the 3rd time of asking for a fan it was delivered to the room after a day. The room was melting which made it v uncomfortable tbh.

    Lovely Hotel close to everything

    I stayed at the Radisson recently with my family and the hotel was fantastic. Check in was quick and efficient. The staff were courteous and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet (which was important for us because we had a number of small children in our group). Breakfast was included in our stay and there was something for everyone (the pancakes were a particular favourite) The leisure facilities were great and a big hit with all of our group. My only criticism was the room-service. We decided to order meals to our room for the children in our group through the hotel app that is advertised throughout the hotel, it took over 2 hours to arrive and this was after numerous phone calls telling us that items we ordered were not available. This would have been fine only for the fact that when the order did arrive, not everything was included, in fact 2 meals had been completely forgotten about from our order and we had to wait over another hour for the remaining meals to arrive. A total of 3 hours for a room service order to be completed. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a central hotel in Liverpool.
