Nice hotel, friendly staff, my room was a tad on yhe small side, but friends next door had a normal size room. Very quiet, we even got to chose what floor we wanted! Was clean and comfortable and had everything i needed in the room. There is a small shop in reception and a Sainsburys next door. Great central location, with all bars, the town centre and the train station within a few minutes walk.

Good Hotel, City centre parking usual aggro
Staff very good, good location, usual city centre parking hassles, I think staying with more than light hand luggage is not great as drop off is not great _ Hotel did look after bags after I checked out in super helpful way with properly ticketed secured luggage store, so could spend day in city before leaving, and not have to leave luggage in car

A nice welcoming to the hotel. The room was a good size with a shower over the bath which was serviceable. Unfortunately, there was a hair ball on the floor which suggested the room wasn’t vacuumed when we arrived and it remained there on the day we left (3 night trip).

Overpriced for the quality of the rooms
Lobby was really nice, however the curtains were torn in several places. The gap under the door was large enough to see under meaning the room was never dark. The bed was okay however the pillows were basically rocks.
