Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm, gentlemen at the desk was very rude. My room was NOT very clean I had to clean the bathroom on my own .

It was alright, the man checking us in was very rude! The place smelt just like cigarettes. Definitely could’ve been a lot better.
This is a very nice hotel. The front desk called when we didn’t make it on the time we had hoped to get in. They were still there when we got in at 3 am. We were very relieved to get checked in at that hour. The keys we were given didn’t work on the outside doors or the room. It was too cold to stand outside. I don’t think the desk clerk activated them.
The stay was excellent. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Neighbors were very noisy! Found black hairs all over, bed and tables. Smelled like smoke. No breakfast and was told there was. Pool not open, where other hotels had their pools open(even during covid-19).
The room is beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable. This was our second stay and I highly recommend La Quinta Inn.
It was disappointing not to have breakfast or house keeping clean the room during our stay the windows were filthy you couldnt see anything outside i think we paid enough to have these services and we didnt have them i feel it was a waste of money honestly
I don't usually give poor reviews but the front desk never said a single other word other than "id" after we came in, said "Hi there!" "We have a reservation". We get our one word "id" and not another word, not even what room we were assigned, where the elevators were or to enjoy our stay. Opened the door to our room and we swore there was a window open as the highway noise was so bad. IF YOU STAY HERE, REQUEST THE SIDE OFF THE HIGHWAY!! The window does open and there was no difference in noise open or closed. We booked for 3 people, only had towels for 2. Finally, no breakfast due to Covid yet so many other places we've stayed have worked around this.
