The staff was excellent! They arranged tours and made recommendations for dinner. We enjoyed wine and snacks in the evening in the beautiful garden. The hotel was originally the family home of Lorena Ochoa (excellent golfer). The layout is unique and our room was large. The location is great with many restaurants and bars nearby.

The property was not up to the standard of other Mexican boutique hotels, the rooms were not as nice, the tv didnt’ work, the iron didn’t work, they had a party where we were told that music would stop at 11 a.m and it went on until 1 am. even after we complained. Way over priced and will not stay here again. Also, they have a cat on the property that roams into the rooms and while I love animals, some of my friends are allergic and we were not told about his at all.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GUADALAJARA
A beautiful place to stay. is very closed to all the must see places in the area well kept my best part the wine 6 pm to 8 pm my wife and i enjoy that. we felt secure walking around we went dinner every night several blocks with no problems at all . i will highly recommend the hotel.
