Super bad
Very disappointing The breakfast was awful the room was tiny There were homeless people near the entrance the room got cleaned at 5pm and my room was next to a major construction site which woke me up at 7 am This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed at and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on your site

If Mad, the concierge had not stepped in to help us, we would have missed a lovely hotel. My traveling companion is disabled, and because the hotel parking was 3 long blocks away, and we tried to cancel the reservation with this site. When we called we were told the computer was down to call back in an hour.... an hour later,(7:30pm) we called back and the computer was still down, we were told to call back in an hour... at this point we were tired and called the hotel....Mad found us a private spot behind the hotel. We were elated. Thanks again, Mad.

My stay in a double-bed room
Great location (right across a metro station), friendly staff, great room service with breakfast brought to your door. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because of the bathroom size (or washroom as called in Canada). With a height of 195cm, I could barely bend to wash my feet in the shower. Maybe the small size is just for double-bed rooms. Other than that, great hotel and don’t be fooled by its exterior which looks a little bit old because the rooms are actually beautiful and super clean.

Cold Stay in Montréal
The hotel is actually very cute. Their basket breakfast is quite enjoyable and unique. The staff was super helpful and courteous and the room was extremely clean. My biggest challenge was everything was kind of small. The room, the bed, the bathroom, the shower. I know here in America we like things bigger. I didn’t think I was one of those people, but I guess I am. It was slightly claustrophobic for me, but other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Next time I will spend the money to get bigger bed, which I imagine would come in a bigger room as well.
