Absolutely lovely hotel. Beautifully clean and bright throughout. Both reception staff I met were smart, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not much to choose from in the continental section but the freshly ordered hot breakfast I had was lovely. I was upgraded on arrival so had a larger room than expected which was very appreciated. It meant my daughter and I could have our own beds. The room was clean and bright and so quiet! Could not fault the hotel. The area it is in is also beautiful. Minutes from Nottinghill on foot or Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and plenty choices for somewhere to eat within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Will definitely return. Thank you

Stayed 1 night after going to Wembley for an evening kick off. Staff were really friendly especially on the breakfast service. Hotel decor was excellent, room and bathroom spotless. Cracking nights sleep in a comfortable bed and the area around hotel was very very quiet at night so no disturbance. Bayswater Underground Station literally just round corner with 3 decent pubs in between. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another stay.

Very clean and comfortable, with a good location and quiet surroundings. Plan on earplugs and eye mask, because the walls are THIN (but I got lucky with my neighbours) and the lights outside the building are intense (but they lower them around 11pm and have good curtains). I will come back, it's really good value for money!
