The hotel had advertised that they have a bar. This was incorrect due to covid. They should have mentioned this at the time of booking but they never, I was rather disappointed about this. The breakfast was cold especially the coffee. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. The reception staff were friendly but I didn't feel the same about the breakfast staff who seemed very rushed and didn't seem approachable. Disappointed there was no bar, with the poor breakfast and the service received at breakfast. Also had to wait along time to receive a cold breakfast.

We had such an incredible stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and understanding (we were in the junior suite with an 11 month old baby) and were quick to rectify any issues - e.g. no cot was provided on arrival, but was there within 5 minutes. The VIP benefits were incredible, we were lucky enough to have been given not one but TWO bottles of Prosecco (different nights) which was gratefully received. The room was clean and very well presented, we did feel the hotel had gone a bit over the top in Covid precautions- to the point where slippers and dressing gowns had to be requested, and breakfast was a logistical nightmare, but we didn’t mind for the sake of preventing the spread of the virus :-)
