Staff was very friendly but we have something to say about the room. During our 4 nights stay: A bottle of water has been provided only upon arrival, the rest of the days we have to pay 10TL for it. It is not for the price, but the principle. Water should be given every paid day. Towels were changed only twice, as the other two days when we came back in the evening, the room was done but a dirty towel was still where I left it untidy after the shower. Soaps were provided only twice. We used the soaps daily as they are small and get consumed very quickly. As we got back in the evening we found the used soaps we left in the shower. No new ones were provided.

The location of this hotel is perfect! Very close to most of the attractions in Istanbul. With a few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and many nice restaurants around, the hotel is very quiet. The staff members at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is decent. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you!!

Great location, great service with a few quirks
Location of this hotel is excellent if you want to literally stay in the heart of the town. With 5 min walking distance to Hagia Sophia and 7 min to T1 line, this hotel is well located to connect you to all the best locations by tram which costs only 10 TLY per ride with a red reloadable card (50 TLY) available at all metro stations. Will recommend to use the hotel services to summon cabs since uber ride quotes are highly unreliable. 500 TLY cab ride to the IST airport (sometimes it will be 600 TLY during peak traffic times) is very reasonable to cover those 40-45 km stretch to the airport. Will not recommend the Hamam service recommended by hotel though. It was mediocre. Breakfast at hotel was ok similar to the other hotels but it does not change. It is exactly the same everyday and can get boring. They should change the scrambled eggs to say omelet with peppers and onions or offer freshly squeezed pomegranate juice or maybe add hash browns to alter the menu. Bathroom was impeccable and clean BathTub height can be a challenge for the physically handicapped (even those with minor deficiencies). There is a distinct lack of outlets for use next to the bed and highly recommend a small multi outlet ceptek plug with at least 2 USB and 2 outlets to address this issue. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge.

The staff was outstanding! The room was super, super clean! The hotel is basically around the corner from the Blue Mosque. The restaurant in the corner has a great rooftop dining where you can eat while enjoying the views of the blue mosque and Aya Sophia. We are planing to go back and I will definitely stay
