Hotel right next to large construction site: morning noise. Reception under-staffed so there's always a wait. No cooked breakfast. Rooms fine. I love the other Arcotel John F... but this isn't the same quality.

Overall I highly recommend this hotel!!
The view outside of our window was of a rustic bike storage area and we had twin beds and ordered and paid for a queen size, however everything else was great. Including staff, cleanliness, location, comfort, etc.

The comfiest bed
I absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% come back! The staff were all so lovely and very welcoming. The room was gorgeous and perfect for what we wanted. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and genuinely the best night sleep either of us have had in a long time! Our hot water wasnt working and within 5 minutes of telling the reception someone had come up to try and fix it and we were moved to a new room when they couldnt! A lovely hotel that I would thoroughly recommend. We didnt have breakfast included, instead bought a pastry from Lidl each morning for about £1, if you dont each much this is perfect but if you like a big breakfast the hotels breakfast looked very tasty! Thanks for a great time
