A comedy of errors
A comedy of errors from beginning to end. Paid for a room with a bath, no bath. Called reception and was moved straight away (gorgeous staff). New rooms bath has no plug. Reception sourced a plug. No hot water to be able to run a bath. All of this was dealt with quickly but a little heads up from the hotel that they were accommodating less fortunate people during covid and that my floor was housing some interesting characters that were riding their bikes around the halls, doing drug deals and being generally creepy.
