Banff Inn

Great main street hotel close to many restaurants. Hotel was clean and simple, lots of towels and comfortable beds and pillows. Coffee area and fridge were also nice to have.

I really enjoyed the stay! They have a pretty good pizza restaurant in the lobby that we had one night! I only have one complaint about the room and that is that there is not a microwave. It’s kind of upsetting when you bring food that needs to be warmed up and there is no where to do that! But other than that great hotel and fantastic parking garage.

Very clean hotel, very nice staff but the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Room was hot through night and no visible thermostat to lower heat.

The only thing we didn't like is that there isn't enough parking for everyone at the hotel. We had to park on the street 2/3 nights.

Amazing stay!

Room and hotel were great. Very few people were staying at the hotwl and we were there for the weekend. I think that is likely the reason the hallways (at least on the 3rd floor) were quite cold. Upon arrival the heat wasn't even on in our room but we turned it on and the room wamed up quickly. My only complaint with our room (a loft room) was the lower level was cooler while the loft was quite warm. There was a ceiling fan but couldn't figure out how to use it without having the light . (In all fairness i only spent less that a minute trying to remedy the problem so im sure there has tio be a solution. Our visit was during covid so upon check in we were offered daily room cleaning or opt out which i thought that was good to have a choice depending on comfort levels.
