Great room but if your you’re bigger then 5’6’ you’ll probably be uncomfortable, if you’re 6 foot you’ll hit your head on ceiling. The owners should really worn people

I would stay there again!
The location was great- walking distance to Times Square and the restaurants. The unit was clean- bed and couch were comfortable. The shower is very small so if you are large it could be problematic. My husband had to duck in the kitchen doorway because of the low ceiling. The bikes were a good touch.

The apartment was fine, it had a lot of room for 2 guests and was a short walk from the pier and resturants. I did however spot a few of german cockroaches roaming around and I called the owner of the property and asked him to call me back so I could let him know about it, but I never recieved a return call back from him. I propably would not choose to stay there again. TS

My 4 friends and I stayed at Matanzas for 5 days and it was great! The house was clean there was enough room for us to sleep- definitely could have slept a few more because the king bed is quite large compared to a 5’3 girl. The bathrooms were a bit small but doesn’t really matter in hindsight because you don’t spend a lot of time in there anyway. The pool was not finished when we were there but it was okay because the beach was only a 7 minute walk away. We did not rent a car on our stay but the location was perfect for walking and biking around because everything was close enough to. My only complaint is online the checkout time was stated to be 10pm which I did raise questions to at first but figured that it was correct because what do I know! Anyway check out is at 10am not 10pm so that came to our surprise a bit when the cleaning ladies came to the door and we were not yet ready to leave. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Terrible place do not stay. Looks nothing like the pictures. Beers cans left in cabinets, hair shavings in bathroom sink, shower covered in dirt, cockroaches, dirty appliances, dishes, and silverware. Sent us the wrong check out time so we had to hurry out of there and now stuck at the airport the rest of the day. $1400 trip just to be kicked out early. Would not recommend.

Disappointed stay at Little Sunshine
Clean, but had uncomfortable sofa and bed. AC was good, but place is very dark. Be careful of non obvious cleaning charge of $170+ which totally shocked me. Location was great, but overall disappointing. It will be interesting if Hotel.com shares this honest review
