Well....out of all the hotels and airlines we planned to use in Europe over a month period on holidays, this hotel was the only one that refused to refund our money due to COVID-19 cancelation. Didn't even offer a voucher or discount some other time... good news is, everyone else did.

Worst experience so far.
The hall is beautiful yet the room was terrible. It was extremely dusty, we had no access to the minibar, the bathtub and sink were not clean, the soap-machine in the shower was nasty, there were black/brown marks on the side mirror and the room looked nothing like what they showed us while booking. I’ve seen. 1 star hotels doing a way better job than this hotel,

Lovely historic building in a position that was easily walkable to the main sights in Bruges. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Room was a good size although some of the fixings were a little worn. A table height socket would also have been helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was clean,staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated in a good central location. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower was very poor and just a trickle and there were a few lights which didn't work and we couldn't get the TV to work.

Beautiful large room in a location that was close to everything yet still quiet. All of Bruges was within easy walking. Loved the old woodworking and antique furniture.
