Nights could go better
The night auditor could have been a little more friendly upon check in. Just kind of cold and not welcoming. Morning was great! Happy and people smiling.

The room was clean and comfortable. Upper floor(3) was a little noisey but they quieted down. One of the bedlights didn't work and the desk lamp's wall socket was loose. I had to keep adjusting the cord. Had a good night's sleep and my daughter enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Great value for the money
We stayed a week, and the San Jose Quality Inn was all we could have hoped for. The housekeepers seem to keep every hallway, and certainly kept our room, scrupulously clean and clean-smelling. Staff was always helpful. Satellite TV available with numerous channels, and the only complaint I can think of, and that a minor one, is associated with it: hotel's fairly close to the airport, and the air traffic control associated with planes taking off and landing seems to interfere with the TV. All in all though, I'm convinced that this facility is one of the best values for the money that you can find in San Jose.
