Once arrived at the hotel after a long drive no booking was acknowledged to the hotel feom expedia despite if the confirmation we got. The front office receptionist took a while in order to check the booking after several calls we finally got a room 714 which has nothing to do with photos of the room we booked from Expedia website…. No towels available with no internet connexion! Really disappointed

No worth a visit at all
Upon arrival the reception didn’t even want to say hello, all I heard check-in is at 2pm “ at least good morning, how are you ?! Welcome to the resort” nothing at all - I met the rudest receptionist “ Yusef “ which was unprofessional at all. Room itself it’s really nice Food: basic and average Pool : it’s alright but packed Taxi: you have to wait at least 10 to 15 mins to go out The place itself full of teenagers and so noise There are some nice restaurants beside the resort From my own experience I would advise you to consider twice not to go this resort as you will be disappointed One receptionist is really good and very helpful her name is Gunes and really good in her work
