Quando chegamos não havia água quente no hotel, recepção não avisou, isso no frio que costuma fazer essa época do ano. Água retornou somente no outro dia. Café da manhã nada de excepcional. Muito barulho no hotel, ao ponto de mudarmos a hospedagem. Não seria nossa opção de escolha numa próxima viagem. Ponto positivo: localização.

Muito bem localizado e limpo!
O hotel é muito bem localizado, impecável quanto à limpeza e o atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente durante toda a estadia, sempre prestativos e simpáticos. Recomendadíssimo! Único porém, que não chega a ser um ponto negativo e nem exclusividade da rede Laghetto, é a tática de venda do clube/associação que deixa o hóspede super desconfortável e normalmente são insistentes e inconvenientes. Repito, não é exclusividade deste hotel, e os vendedores da Laghetto foram educados e não não passaram dos limites, mas é uma prática que deveria ser repensada pelas redes pois é realmente chato.
