    Family Vacation 2021

    The hotel was very clean and we felt very safe. The entertainment staff was wonderful and all the bartenders and wait staff were very friendly. There were plenty of food options to choose from for all meals. Our bed was a little hard but rooms were clean and updated.

    very limited on the food choices, breakfast was the most disappointing... the buffet was uneventful everyday. food was lackluster and boring. I had to walk down to the strip to get good food, and I payed for all inclusive! room service is outdated as well.

    Mediocre at best!

    Resort was nice but the buffets was mediocre at best. If you have younger children they aren't allowed at the restaurants if the aren't at a certain height which makes no sense! I would recommend paying more $$$ and truly going for a 4 or 5 start hotel.

    Rooms are terrible. Very small rooms for the premium we paid. My air conditioning wasn’t working and they neither fixed nor changed my room. Had to call few times for any request to front desk. Very poor staff communication. Food was below average at buffet. We could see ants and bugs crawling on food in the cage multiple times. Many more negative things to write. Only Positive note is Jessica who our butler was sweet. We will never go there again and do not recommend this place.

    Hotel facilities,very good Staff,hard working and very nice Meal,buffet restaurant and Mexican restaurant are tasty but Italian and Asian are not good. It’s hard to stay for several days with only two good restaurants... We stayed a family suite was fantastic room and amazing view.so I want to back this hotel if the restaurants improve.
