Fantastic hotel
Absolutely love this hotel. Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants, plus the river only a short walk away. Everywhere was really clean, room was lovely, staff were so helpful and friendly. Lovely bar area too. Definitely recommend, will be going again.

Fantastic Stay
Fantastic hotel with a great location. All of the staff that we meet so very friendly and helpful we couldn’t of asked for more. Both the bar and the restaurant are also well worth a visit.

Med tanke på recensionerna hade jag kanske väntat mig lite mer. Strålande service och väldigt rent och fräscht men hotellet och rummet känns lite slitet på sina ställen. Rummet är också ganska sterilt/nordiskt och inte särskilt mysigt, lite slitet men rent och bra. Kul med DVD och cd-skivor! Frukostbuffén var fantastisk.

A lovely hotel very clean and comfortable and unique. Near the old town, buses and Metro. We stayed here 20 years ago and it is still a great place to stay. The staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really good.

Definitely would go back to Rival.
Fantastic hotel a little bit out of the centre but near enough to everything. Comfy beds, great bar & bistro. Free coffee, tea, water station on every floor-very nice. Only thing l would mention is there is a big concert room in the hotel seating 750 and for 4 nights while we were there a Swedish singer was staging a show. The bar and bistro were so full, couldn’t get a seat or a table anywhere. Staff were very nice about it and offered to reserve a table for us the next night. I may add it was totally soundproofed so no noise at all, just many people. Staff extremely helpful in finding us a place the following evening. Lots of little nice touches like ironing board, fridge, toiletries.
