Highly recommend, it's clean, quiet and perfectly located in the city. The staff is amazing and throughout my stay I thought it was all too good to be true so was ready for something to happen but it never did. I will definitely be coming back should I visit the area again

Over all the hotel was great. Very clean and customer service excellent. The shower on the smaller side and the water temperature was difficult to control, you had to make small movements until you find the perfect temperature for you. The bed was amazing too and the best part it was close to all must see things in old San Juan.

It's a slum
Positives first: a spacious lobby with a free basic bar in an old building with high ceilings. But then, arriving in the room is a shock: tiny, with barely enough space to walk around a double bed. Scuffed, chipped tile floor. On the wall - a written request not to open the door to the Julietta balcony (the only source of natural light), as that would “break the a/c.” No closet, just a metal bar on the wall. A tiny desk and one chair. I ask for another chair for the wife, and they asked – can’t she sit on the bed? A microscopic bathroom which would never pass code in the US – unsafe electric, without GFC sockets. Be careful not to get zapped. Owners have cut every imaginable corner (except for the free bar). Almost all photos were taken in the stylish lobby, but you stay in the slum above.
