    Staff was nice but failed to send me a receipt via email as their system was down when I was checking out. Room was very nice and comfortable but the hallway was in bad shape and smelled of smoke. Hall rugs old and dirty.

    Better to stay somewhere else

    I checked in late (past midnight) and got into my room. The bathroom sink was clogged so I had to switch rooms. The hotel is kind of old and is in need of some major renovations. The shower worked in the second room, but the water was ice cold. The temperature outside was 40F, but the shower water must have been about 60F or colder. There was no way I was going to shower in that water. I asked and was switched to another room (yet again). That makes 3 rooms total (a major incovenience) I had to switch to. Each time I asked to switch rooms, the hotel staff (front desk) were unfriendly and acted as if they didn't really care. It was not a big deal to them. The service was bad and the hotel is in even worse condition. For the price I paid, I was expecting a better hotel and experience. Save your money and stay elsewhere until this hotel gets their act together for service and remodels the hotel property.

    Needs some work.

    While the location was convenient, the condition of the hotel was less than desired. The shuttle from the airport took 45 minutes even after 3 calls and when it showed up the door was broken snd covered with black plastic. Once inside it was quite dated. The elevators were under “maintenance “ and did not at all appear trustworthy. We decided to walk up 6 flights of stairs with luggage instead of using the elevator. The room was comfortable but the linens had some stains and the lamps were missing some shades. We were thankful we were just there for overnight.

    Hostile in Philadelphia

    No amenities, repeated requests for fresh towels and soap, etc was not ful-filled. Had to swipe toilet paper from service carts. Front desk staff were hostile and did not respond to three separate request for fresh towels, soap. A coffee maker was provided but we were not supplied with cups, coffee or tea. We were not certain that the bedding was fresh. The room itself was clean but old. The staff was unfriendly. Clientele grilled dinner on the back of their pick up trucks. Guess that’s what one expects for$100 dollars a night. Would never return. The outdoor grilling was a novel experience.

    Big Change in the Same Week

    I stayed here twice in a week. The first 2-night stay was mediocre at best. The later 1-night stay was fine and comfortable. I don't know if they were going through a staffing crisis the 1st time, or if I got lucky the 2nd time. But it was a perfectly good stay the 2nd time.

    Disappointing

    Called about early check-in and was given an attitude. Front desk agents werent very pleasant at all. Upon check-in, around 3p, saw what appeared to be blood on the duvet. Called the front desk and was told that they didn't have anymore but they would see what they could do. At 9pm we called again and someone finally brought one.

    Do not stay here more than a night.

    The lobby welcoming. The woman receptionist was ok. When I asked her how much was the deposit she gave me the wrong price. Mistakes happens I guess. My room smelled extra stale but after turning on the A/C it went away. My bathroom was ok but had a leak from the toilet. The A/C very loud so sleeping was a little hard. Was very annoyed that one of the receptionist asked to see my ID due to my room key being demagnetized. What if my ID was in my room, then what? They have no community microwave and it can’t be due to covid. I’ve been to serval hotels this year and if there wasn’t a microwave in you room then there was one in the lobby. Not to mention all of there soda machines where out of water! The hotel remote was dirty and did not have a plastic cover for covid purposes.
