    Good location, very clean rooms

    The location is excellent, rooms are very clean, Beds very very comfortable. But the only problem we had was that we tried 20 times for the shuttle from the airport but no response. I was there with my family as well as my brothers family as well. It was very frustrating calling the hotel for the shuttle. The kids and everyone else were looking forward for our 10 days trip from edmonton to vancouver. But this happened on the very first day of our trip as we landed at the airport. At last we called the taxis to take us to the hotel.

    Booked to spent a night before drive to Jasper. It was fast check in, however we didn’t get WiFi password and it was too late to go back to reception again. Water pressure in a shower was super strong, live it! Pillows a bit bigger then needed so ended up to sleep without it at all. Grabbed some coffee and muffing before leaving. Wonderful shuttle service! Fast and convenient.

    I recommend not to book their hotel

    Pros: 1) Nice cozy bed 2) Warm welcoming Cons: 1) No microwave in the room. Rather, they offered to use the shared microwave in their breakfast room. I didn’t use the their microwave due to the risk of spreading COVID-19. 2) The air conditioner and heating system made too much noise inside the room. 3) I noticed that they are not properly following the cleaning procedure, for example, I saw the cleaner didn’t wear mask and hand gloves during the cleaning of the room. 4) The help desk personnel was not very cooperative.
