Quality service catfish
Although our stay was very comfortable, we had a significant moment at check-in that marked the rest if our trip/stay negatively. We happened to arrive late and attempted to check-in at about 9pm. Upon arrival, the lobby was packed with people and luggage. It turned out, that patrons were asked to sit and wait for their rooms. When it was my turn to check-in I was informed that there were no rooms available. Although i had a reservation, they had no rooms available and that they did not know how long it would be before any were. Yet, once rooms were made available, I would have serval people infront of me, who were already waiting. Therefore, we had to sit and wait. Or they would gladly refund me if I wabted to go look for other accommodations (at 9pm ...). The reason for the unavailability was that rooms were not yet cleaned and or prepped. There was a 3rd party conflict and no rooms were made to receive any guest. It was not til 11pm -1130pm when we finally received good news and a room was made available. Not everyone was so lucky, as many potential guest decided not to wait and stromed out not very happy with the circumstances.

Nice hotel but needs some TLC & is pricey
In general the property has nice amenities - large lobby & bar, pool, fire pit, good size rooms, decent restaurant. But the hotel was overrun by a Snoopy convention with people selling merchandise in the hallway outside their rooms until 10 pm. The facility is also well worn and needs thorough cleaning/maintenance and/or updating throughout. For the price and 4 stars we expected a higher quality property. There was a $30 per night resort fee added, plus $18/day to park in their lot and $25 pp for breakfast buffet - which you can pre-purchase at a discount. Really adds up.

It was a nice clean room. Large TV and plenty of channels. The shower was clogged, but they fixed it while I was out getting breakfast. My only gripe is the paid parking, and it was on a gravel parking lot.

The room was average. The carpet had stains in different spots. We wore shoes to keep our feet off of it. The bathroom is small. For the price we paid, we would have been better off using airbnb or stay at another property. You're paying for the name and not much more.

Is was dissapointed with my one night stay. This is a 4 star hotel with a great reputation. Empty refigurator not even a bottle of water that is available at the front desk but not offered on arrival. Room AC is underpowered, set on max it did get below 77c until 3am. Limited dinning options. No free breakfast. $25 for a cold buffet. Most expensive bowl of Chirios I have ever had. How about treating your customers like guests and not cash machines. I will not be staying at Hyatt again if I can help it. It was very clean, I can at least say that and that is the most important thing these days.

Could’ve been Better
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but we know Sooner got into our room to realize there was no remote for the television the phone was dead because the battery on the cordless phone was not charging we only have one roll of toilet paper and that was 3/4 gone when we got in the room.
