Amazing little hotel with bar and outdoor area
This was an amazing place to stay, tucked off of a popular street in Cork just blocks from city center is the Isaacs Hotel. The room was amazing, great size, sizable bathrooms, plenty of windows for lighting. There was a kettle, iron, and safe available in the room. Our room had an amazing view of this waterfall that was created outside the front desk, this is also where they have outdoor seating for a bar that is connected to the building. The whole place felt welcoming and friendly, as were the staff. The hotel is on a semi busy street with plenty of bars and restaurants there, as well as it is 3-4 blocks just across the river to city center. Everything is very walkable from this hotel. They have parking at a church just 1/2 a block down the street that is free to guests. I would have loved to stay a week, and next time I'll book more days here and see more of my grandfathers hometown.

This industrial chic hotel was a gem to discover thanks to hotels.com. I selected it because the photos showed it had a natural rock formation and waterfall. The true star of the hotel was the customer service. They gave me excellent directions, fantastic recommendations for food and entertainment and taught me how to use an outlet in Ireland. I even saw a beautiful rainbow from their glass elevator in the morning.
