About this apartment

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Nothing is more important to the us than the health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.

The Space:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive during this time. The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.

Our updated 2-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed in each bedroom, a couch, and an air mattress. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. There's a smart TV with Roku and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

The Neighborhood:
Your suite is located right up the road from downtown, where it is quieter but still close to the excitement. You’re conveniently close to popular Indianapolis destinations such as Lockerbie Square and the Market East District, both offering very different characters of the city. Being that you’re right on the outskirts of downtown, there are endless options for dining and entertainment. Downtown, also known as the Arts and Theater District, offers excitement and originality, as it is populated with free-spirited and friendly attitudes.

Getting Around:
Traveling through Indianapolis is easy, no matter what style of transportation you choose. IndyGo offers bus services on over 30 routes throughout Indianapolis, while Red Line is the city’s first bus transit line with electric buses that can take you from the north side to the south side. The Indiana Pacers Bikeshare program offers 525 bikes with 51 stations along the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, downtown Indy, near other neighborhoods, and along other greenways. Due to the popular location, Uber, Lyft, and other car services are also easily accessible.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. While this is a non-smoking unit, it can tend to smell of smoke. Please be aware if you have sensitivity or allergies.
