No A/C. Everything else was great
Amazing views, nice pool and hot tub. Nice food places on site. Loft room was spacious. Our only complaint was no air conditioning in loft bedroom. It was high 90's that week in Park City and even with the fans on, sleeping was miserable due to the heat in loft bedroom. We bought a fan for the second night and was still miserable.

Good and bad
It was a bit weird. First, lots of work being done outside....2nd a portable ac in our room? 3rd, room needs updated. a bit dirty on arrival. Floor had gunk on it and we found an empty vodka bottle on top of fridge? Overlooked by housekeeping. What else was overlooked? Would I come back? Probably, but not here at this lodge. Its beautiful in Park City...…..

Not Good
Very smal room! It was really hot during the day. The ceiling fan didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. When I asked for a new room, they said we don’t have any room available!

Too inconvenient
Way to many steps to climb with luggage and no air conditioning.

A fine mess
We booked a room for two nights in the B complex. We had checked in late at 10 pm and apparently the reception desk closes at 5 pm. Called the after-hours person and he gave me the code to unlock the safe that housed an envelope with a key for a split unit. A piece of paper in the envelope contained a main door code and room door code. Main door code worked fine but the room door code didn’t work. Called after-hours again and it took 10 minutes before he came. I’m thinking he has a master key or code, but nope. He typed in the same 6 numbers that i tried like 7-8 times prior and surprise surprise, the door still didn’t open. Not sure why he even came if he didn’t have the master key. He went back to the receptionist desk at complex A and tried to reset the password. Called me and gave me a new set of numbers to punch in, and it still didn’t work. The next option was to call maintenance who apparently has the master key. But that would have been another 10-15 mins. Why the hell does maintenance have the master key? Walked back to building A to see what else could be done. He “upgraded” us to a studio with a damn Murphy bed. This was like a 45 min ordeal. The next morning, we spoke to another receptionist who was very cooperative and understanding. Probably not the first time this has happened. We wanted to get our first room back and he stated that that room didn’t even have AC. It literally was just one thing after another... all I can say is that the location is pretty legit
