Country comfort
Great value and awesome jacuzzi. Clean room. AC started overheating on the last night but was the only real problem we had. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time. No issues whatsoever. It’s old and a little outdated but for the price you can’t go wrong. The staff were great all weekend.

Nice stay
A little older but comfortable and room was clean. Friendly check in.

We arrived after 8 pm and the front desk staff were lovely and provided minimal contact. Only provided one room key though and they require a $3 fee if you lose it. When getting to our room the lane way was well lit with sensor lights and the contactless key helped to keep from touching too many surfaces. The hallway smelled fine but as soon as we entered the room you could smell the mould coming from the ac unit. Tried to open the sliding door to see if that would help but it didn’t. The rooms were clean and typical for the price point. One queen bed had a memory foam topper but the other bed did not. All in all an ok experience but wouldn’t stay again as I am sensitive to the smell of mould.

Poor 2.0
Misleading advertising
This place should not be called a resort. At best it is a motel. We went there in the winter. The room was freezing and we had to crank up the heat to maximum to not freeze. It took 3 hours for the room to be even a little comfortable, temperature wise. The "made to order" breakfast is just poorly cooked scrambled eggs and tiny, boiled, salty sausages. They write "fruits" (plural) in their menu at the front desk. In reality it's just one fruit - apples. The spa was closed because they just have one person providing spa services, and she was on vacation. We got the queen bed room with the Jacuzzi. It only had hot water water coming out which was extremely hot and no cold water. So we couldn't even use that. When checking out, I complained about this to the lady at the front desk. She said she'll talk to the owner and get back to me to see if they could give us a refund of some sort. She called me in half hour to say that she went to the room with a maintenance guy and the cold water was working. We didn't care about the refund anyways because we didn't think they'd give it in the first place. But to call and prove us wrong in half hour was just bad customer service. The only reason they get one star, is because the bed was comfortable. This place does a lot of misleading advertising

Lack of service , hardly called it a RESORT!
I don't mind the resort being a bit old, i just find the service is missing a few things. - i have NEVER seen bath soap THAT SMALL...there are 3 of us. the soap doesn't even get thrugh the second person , and got so small that it dropped into the tub and disappeared. For Breakfast. so called MADE to ORDER?? is a joke. The egg is pre-cooked and way overcooked, the coffee is horrible. There is no water for the one and only one RED ROSE tea .We have to ask for hot water! The lady at night reception, told me to get hot water from the coffe machine in the room... DID she even know how long that coffee machine hasn't been used????

Service was bad and where is the RESORT?
When it tells you is a resort, it should have some good amenities but this place is bare bone for $180 a night. Is not so much the place is old, but there are basic things that just doesn't live up to "a RESORT"! - the room - door was very thin, i could hear people talking and the floor was so squeaky, we could hear walking all the time. - the indoor pool was close or not working. the outdoor pool was absolutely freezing. Other people by the pool was complaining how cold the pool was! - The the breakfast - the website said clearly , "MADE TO ORDER". There is NO such thing. you get what you see. scrambled egg and sausage which is really salty. so if i don't eat any of these, you can have bread. The lady only came out to refill when she needs to - We arrived late and wanted to get some hot water for some tea. the lady at the receptionist told me to just use the small coffee machine in the room. i did that and the water came out brownish even after the second flush!! so i ended using bottled water. Enough said, never again! This place is terrible and the service is horrific. doesn't even live up to a good hotel, nevermind a RESORT!!
