    Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Very good breakfast menu. Unfortunately, there was the smell of tobacco and cigarette ash in the room from the carpet and especially in the bathroom, in spite the fact that it is non-smoking hotel.

    Rooms were clean and tidy. Underfloor heating in bathroom was too hot.No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been appreciated. Fruit and cold buffet breakfast was excellent. Hot buffet was basic and needs improvement Overall however we enjoyed our stay at the hotel

    The hotel looks nice and has a good breakfast. I did not like the following: No safe in the room no ability to make coffee or tea in the room. While there were wash cloths on the first day there were none the rest of the week.

    No A/C + sleepless nights.

    The A/C went out in the entire building and we were told there is nothing they could do until the following Monday. It's just crazy that they dont have someone that they can call and have building systems worked on.

    Defo not a 4 star Hotel.

    This Hotel is not a 4 star,should be 3 star.Area is run down,broken pavements and graffiti. Hotel reception and staff nice.Bar is not the best,no music limited beers,price,s OK.I had room 317 my son had 303,in both room,s air conditioner not working, it was very warm in room,s, TV not working in both rooms.I informed reception about these problem,s they did nothing. No tea or coffee maker in room,s no free bottle water.Had mini-bar in room in small fridge.Room,s were clean, bathroom fine no shower mat.Breakfast was not the best, coffee machine was OK, Need,s renovating in my opinion.WIFI was awful.Chair in room was on it,s last leg,s.Only 3 plug socket,s 1 by door for cleaner,1 under TV table very awkward to use, and 1 above bed in center,a real stupid place for it.
