Think Twice before going to Holiday Inn Istanbul
1. The cleaning team was not cleaning. They would pretend thet have cleaned and onlybcover things up. I had to go to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned. 2. Some front desk staff tried to be polite but the front desk manager on 9th November was not polite. One staff called Erdal was not professional. 3. I stated in a corner room (302). I think its walls are made out of boards. You hear everything from the next room 4. On my last night the air condition was hot. When i inquired i was told they have now switched to heat since its getting close to winter. They told me to open the window only to find the window opens for a few inches 5. The only positive part is about the bar and restaurant team. They make you feel comfortable
