Stay was fine but quite a few hiccups. With breakfast provided you're meant to receive a wrist band at check-in apparently. I was told I had to pay for breakfast even though it was included. The restaurant wouldn't even let me charge it to my room so once I had paid for my free breakfast I had to go to reception and work out the refund. The next day the included breakfast was 2 pieces of toast and coffee. I wasn't helped with my bags. I wasn't upgraded as I was meant to be with Gold/VIP status and was told it was full when it clearly wasn't and I could see availability online. I could go on.

My wife and I stayed for 8 days in March 2020 and enjoyed the pool and the Restaurant. Great food and great staff all were very helpful. The hotel is located right at the beginning of Zicatela Beach so it is within walking distance or a short cab ride to everything

Lovely hotel with a southwest traditional feel. Helpful and friendly staff, good food at the restaurant. Pools are nice for cooling off and loungers we’re very comfortable.

This is a nice, well kept, older property. It is just across the road from the beach, and near many restaurants. It has a nice in-house restaurant itself.

Beautiful place
We just went for a quick two day trip to the area. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very nice and to be able to hear the ocean at night is amazing. The pool had lost a cover in the bottom so that was a bit of a safety concern but definitely did not ruin a vacation for us. These things happen. Everyone was very friendly but it is an older crowd which suited us just fine.
