AVOID!
After taking the airport shuttle to the hotel, the front guest agent advised us that our room was cancelled because they were short on housekeeping staff. It would be understandable if they reached out before our arrival to discuss the issue and not wait until we were there. Apparently, the manager told the agent to go down the list of reservations and start cancelling rooms if their card declined. I never use the same card on my reservation at check-in, due to the fact that some hotels do charge before arrival even if you select "pay at hotel". No remorse at all or apology from this hotel and it has been BY FAR the worst customer service that I've ever experienced.
